What Is the Empower 100 Programme?
The Empower 100 is Virgin StartUp’s flagship initiative created to champion and support early-stage businesses with strong social and purpose-driven missions. From access to expert mentoring and business support, to funding advice and a vibrant founder community, the programme equips selected startups with everything they need to scale.

Why This Matters for iNOMEE
Founded in 2019, iNOMEE (short for “I Know Me”) was born out of a belief that effective leadership begins with self-awareness. We saw a gap in the market: too many organisations were relying on outdated, one-size-fits-all leadership training that failed to drive real behavioural change or create long-term impact.
So we built something different.
Our leadership development programmes combine experiential learning, coaching, facilitation, and psychometric insight to help individuals and teams understand themselves and each other — and lead accordingly.
